The structural parts are manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron with scientific rib reinforcement, and stress relieved for optimal rigidity and stability. Wide space in the machine working area increases convenience of workpiece loading and unloading. Fully enclosed splash guard. Driect Drive on Three Axes The X, Y and Z axes traverses are driven by servomotors which directly drive ball screws via couplings. These assure outstanding positioning accuracy. Z, A Double Spindles The Z, A-axis are individually driven by 3.5 kw motors. The specially designed double-spindle configuration greatly upgrades machining efficiency and accuracy. Table 4 T-slots on the table allow for mounting jigs. Upon request, the manufacturer can design and manufacture jigs to meet customers' specific parts requirements. Jigs are optional equipment. Three Blocks on Z Axis Each Linear guideway on Z-axis is equipped with three blocks to effectively upgrade stability of wheel head during grinding.   top German IMT Spindle (Optional) Spindle speed is specified by the customer. Maximum spindle speed is up to 140,000 RPM. Double Vertical Wheel Spindles Horizontal Vertical Spindles The double vertical spindles can be mounted with internal and external grinding wheels. This permits inside and outside diameters of a workpiece to be ground at a time, thereby assuring highly accurate concentricity. Both spindles can be operated together or individually. All spindle motions are controlled by computer for convenience and effciency. The vertical spindle is quickly converted to a horizontal spindle. The horizontal vertical spindle is suitable for outside diameter, inside diameter, surface and form grinding. C Axis Rotary Table (Optional) Rotary Table (Optional) Suitable for various shapes of workpiece, such as circular and prismatic shapes. Rotary table diameter 170mm. Min.setting unit : 0.001. Equipped with D.D. motor to ensure the best circularity and motion smoothness. Rotary table diameter 350 mm. Heat Exchanger for Control Cabinet Air Powered Spindle / Rotary Dresser (Optional) The control cabinet is equipped with a heat exchanger to ensure consistent temperature in the control cabinet, providing maximum stability of control performance. The heat exchanger also provides effective protection for electronic parts, controller and motor driver and extends the service life. End Face Touch Probe (Optional) Swing-type Control Panel The touch probe is used for fast and convenient measurement for reference point of end face. The control panel can be swung to any angle and moved to any position for maximum operational convenience. Water-cooled Cooler (Optional) Movable Coolant Tank The front mounted, movable coolant tank is easy to clean or replace coolant. The coolant system employs a special high pressure coolant pump, featuring excellent cooling and chip flushing. The control system consists of top quality electronic components which comply with European safety requirements. The interior of control cabinet is dust-proof and fluid-proof.
